Account Deletion Request

At Lorb, we respect your right to privacy and provide a clear process for you to request the deletion of your account and any associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
Sign in to your Lorb account through the mobile app or web portal.
Navigate to Settings > Profile.
Locate the 'Account Deletion' section and follow the on-screen instructions.
Alternatively, you can email our Privacy Officer directly at privacy@cybroque.in from your registered email address with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'.
What Happens Next
Once a request is received, your account will enter a 'Pending Deletion' state for 30 days. During this period, you can cancel the request by logging in. After 30 days, your account profile and personal identifiers will be permanently removed from our active production databases.
Data Retained or Deleted
Deleted Data
Personal profile data (name, email, phone number, profile picture) and authentication credentials.
Retained Data
As Lorb is an educational platform, certain academic records (grades, attendance) and financial logs (fee payments) may be retained as they are owned by the educational Institution (the Data Controller). This data is kept to fulfill legal, regulatory, or institutional requirements.
